Plumbing Apprenticeship WA
In December of 2016, the state government updated plumbing regulations to allow suitably qualified environmental health workers to repair plumbing issues where no licensed plumber is available. Our dedication to abiding by these regulation updates opens the door for us to offer a plumbing apprenticeship WA country towns can benefit from.
Jewelbic Plumbing & Gas are proud to provide simple plumbing courses to a select few potential candidates within each remote community. The longterm option is to lead these candidates into plumbing apprenticeships.
We care about remote communities within Australia. It’s our vision to improve the overall health and living standards of families located in remote areas. Reliable water supply and effective sewerage treatment services are paramount for those in need, and for the greater good of our society and economy.
Jewelbic Plumbing & Gas understand the incentive behind these regulation updates. Ensuring high sanitary standards and a continuous flow of running water reduces the possibility of health problems.
These simple plumbing training courses are run in person by our staff visiting remote communities. We continue the simple plumbing training and full plumbing apprenticeships via face to face video call technology. This enables us to walk each plumbing trainee through daily plumbing issues, providing personal support to the learning process.
This initiative will not only improve the sanitary, health and living standards of WA remote communities, it will also create employment opportunities. As a result, plumbing services will become more affordable and more readily available.
The Jewelbic Plumbing & Gas team are passionate about our craft and enjoy giving back to the community. Conveying our knowledge and experience to trainees and apprentices provides an extra purpose and meaning to our personal and business values. It is a great pleasure to offer a plumbing apprenticeship WA country towns can benefit from.
